ATAR Calculators Australia, operated by Unique Point Marketing, respects the privacy of students, parents and carers using this website.

Information collected

When you request a personalised report, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, postcode, school year, selected school, subjects, entered marks, estimated result and any university preferences you choose to provide.

Why we collect it

We use this information to prepare and email the requested ATAR estimate, maintain delivery records, prevent misuse, answer enquiries and improve the service. Where you separately choose marketing consent, we also use your details to send relevant study, pathway and tutoring information.

Students under 18

The service uses clear language and limits collection to information relevant to the requested report. Students who do not understand the form should ask a parent or carer to review it with them before submission.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and processes website submissions. Resend delivers transactional report emails. One Point CRM receives approved contact and report information for service follow-up. These providers process information under their own security and privacy arrangements.

Storage and security

API credentials remain in encrypted Cloudflare secrets. The public website never receives those credentials. Access to submitted information is restricted to authorised personnel and systems.

Retention

Report-request records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for a legal or operational reason. Records are then deleted or de-identified. Delivery logs held by service providers follow the retention period of the selected account plan.

Transactional and marketing email

The requested report email is transactional. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect delivery of a requested report.

Access, correction and deletion

To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing consent, email privacy@atarcalculators.com.au. Include the email address used for the report so the record may be located.

Complaints

Send privacy concerns to the address above. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period.
